Cake Order Form

Cake Order Form

I used to get so overwhelmed when taking customer orders! How to keep it all straight, what they actually ordered, what flavor, where they messaged was ALL. TOO. MUCH. So, I created a simple file that I stored in my Google Drive account so I could organize all my orders in one place. This is that file!

I'm so happy to be able to share this little guy with you that has saved me so much time and headaches creating weekly custom orders. The file is completely customizable, and contains all the basic info you'll need to get going. Just add in your own logo and you're ready to send it off to customers, attach it to invoices, or just print it for behind the scenes use.

A few tips on using:

  • I use this file in Google Docs, a completely free program that functions like Microsoft Word.
  • Create one master document, and then copy the file for new orders (trust me on this one)
  • I like to print the order sheets at the beginning of the week so I can have a hard copy to make notes on, or simply just look at when I'm knee deep in decorating.
