When I started hearing that you guys wanted a class featuring succulents my heart went pitter patter. I mean, I ADORE succulents! I don't discriminate either: real, faux, or sugar, I love them all! (But really, I'm much better at the faux and sugar versions. 😂)
In this month's cake class, I'll be sharing my techniques for piped buttercream succulents. For the first time in a hands-on setting, you'll get to learn how to create these lovely plants and apply them to your cake. I'll also walk you through my technique for applying buttercream to your cake for a smooth finish, creating a perfect canvas for the edible art we'll make.
Included in the class will be:
- All the supplies needed to decorate your cake
- 8 Serving cake + box to take it home in
- Recipes and resource guide for everything we use in the class!
Now for the important stuff: Class registrants MUST preregister by the deadline of April 8th, 2019. Because everything is prepared by hand for each student, spots cannot and will not be held. Class size is limited to 10 students, so grab your seat early to ensure you have a spot.
