You asked for it! These cookie tarts, or modern cookie cakes as I like call them, have taken the sweets world by storm in the last year. I've made a few, and every time I post pictures I get requests for an online class. Well you have been heard, my friends!
In my newest Purple Apron LIVE Online Class, I'll walk you through my method for whipping up these stunning desserts that you're sure to master in no time at all!
Included in the class:
- Recipes for the cookie and filling
- Templates for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter themed cookies
- Live video instruction
Class will be taught in two sessions via Facebook Live Video in a closed Facebook group. Class dates will be January 23rd and January 24th. Can't make it for the live sessions? No worries! Videos can be viewed at any time afterward.
